Fireworks to light up coastal city of Danang

The second international firework competition will be held in late March in central Danang City

Fireworks from across the globe are waiting to explode in one of the world's most spectacular nights in Da Nang City later this month.

Da Nang: Hotels fully occupied for fireworks competition 17:00 03/04/2009

Nearly all hotels, big or small, on the Han riverside have been fully occupied for DIFC. Meanwhile, coastal hotels have reported 402 rooms occupied. Golden Sea with 63 rooms is fully booked, My Khe with 48 rooms now has only five idle luxurious rooms (VND480,000-680,000/room/night, Tourane with 69 rooms now has four VIP rooms lefts (VND1mil/room). Furama Resort has 198 rooms, but only 15 rooms are left for March 27 at $240/room/night, and Sandy Beach has 10 idle rooms at over $100/room.
