Vietnam region to show off its tourism attractions in Thailand

Vietnam’s Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam provinces and Danang city have agreed to join hands to promote their tourism attractions in Thailand next month.    

They are set to organize the Three Localities, One Destination program in Bangkok to strengthen cooperation between tour operators in the two countries.

The program is also expected to showcase the socio-economic potential of places lying along the East-West Economic Corridor which runs through Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.

It will act as a basis for setting up the Indochina Heritage Path tour.

In related news, the tourism administrations of Quang Nam, Danang, and Hanoi announced Tuesday that the third annual Quang Nam – Heritage Itinerary Festival would be held in the province June 27-30.

The festival will feature cultural activities, handicrafts, photo exhibitions, and others.

Laotian and Cambodian artists will participate in art and food shows at the festival.
