Vietnam state-owned hotel gets five-star rating
14:41 04/03/2009 ![]() The 175-room property, managed by Saigontourist, was built in 1925 with colonial architecture and is one of the oldest hotels in Vietnam. Since then it has gone through several makeovers reflecting important times in Vietnam’s history. The hotel’s occupancy rates are above 90 percent with international guests making up more than 95 percent. It becomes the 10th five-star hotel in HCMC.
